Feedback System for Bank Customers

"Corruption is a universal phenomenon." -- Mrs Indira Gandhi.

"Inefficiency is the highest form of corruption." -- an unknown Management Guru.

"A person rises in a heirarchy upto the level of his inefficiency." -- the famous Peter's Principle."

Linking these statements as premises by simple extension, by now you might have concluded that there is no wonder why you get a sub standard treatment from Banks which are headed by inefficient therefore corrupt people at all levels . By this token, they can beat the State Regional Transport Offices as corrupt offices if you view inefficiency as another form of corruption. They do not have really an ingenious way of handling customer grievances be it online banking or lounge banking.

We shall use these columns to post such instances with the hope that the banks take notice as to how they operate and ameliorate our grievances. Even if that is not happening, at least we shall join others so that we feel mentally free by letting out vent out our frustrations.
